From Doug Rollins:
Travis County Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has two Certified Deaf Self Advocacy Trainers. We are interested in conducting training for Deaf Self Advocacy. We will discuss communication access and how to advocate for the appropriate services you need from service providers. This would be an interactive training using print and media materials over course of approximately 14-16 hours. All information would be presented in ASL and written English (handouts). We would like your feedback on the relevance of this training for you, and the time which you might be able to attend if you were interested. This training would be FREE!! The survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time.
